This weekend we attended a lovely wedding at Calamigos Ranch near Malibu. It is a gorgeous rustic setting with lush grounds and flowing waterfalls. There are awesome bronze horse sculptures grazing in the grass in various areas. So realistic. I fell in love with them.

One of many glorious things about summer is the opportunity to plan and attend special occasions. It’s a perfect and special time for a wedding. I just love it when we get a invitation to one of these glorious celebrations of love, with a joyful couple starting a new life together. It is so fun shopping for the perfect gift.

We all had so much fun dancing and toasting the bride and groom!! My heels were so high, by the end of the night, whoa, I had to take them off and go barefoot. I am never too tired for the cake ceremony though, and it was so fun, beautiful and delicious! Wedding cake is my fave. Really.
