When I am not looking for the perfect artwork to accessorize an area, I am interpreting or reworking  the existing to express a different point of view. I find myself also trying to discern the appropriate work or particular piece for a finishing touch on various installations. So, today I am contemplating the “ladies repose” area and entry to an abundant custom closet and dressing area. The square footage is awesome and we are thinking sassy chic and girly in art work for this private area. I’m thinking fashion…. something.

I love art, in practically every form, and in this type of environment sketches and/or some whimsical touch seems to be the right fit. While browsing around I came across some images that are adorable, sophisticated and very chic. To curate a series would be fun. Let’s take a peak.

All of this work is fabulous and I have cruised around so many blogs and websites that – well, you just wouldn’t believe it. The universal conclusion: there are so many beautiful, inspired, talented artists, and a plethora of gifted writers and photographers. I could spend my entire day submerged but I need to get back to work. I so enjoy glimpsing through and pondering all this incredible talent. For now I will decide on a direction and present some thoughts to our client.
